Yes, that is the Brown side stand. I had one before, and even though the old one was in working condition, I decided to get a new one b/c I knew they were going out of business. I found the new one to be about 3/4 of an inch shorter than the old one, which is weird, but it doesn't seem to effect anything...
I got the footpeg rubbers from Portland Motorcycles. I just had them order me a pair of stock ones. They were $12 or $13 a piece, I believe.
